DiskScope — Storage analyzer
DiskScope helps users understand what occupies disk space. An interactive directory map shows storage distribution, while large-file, duplicate and unused-data views support inspection. Built with Rust and Tauri, the desktop product combines analysis with clear charts and details.
Challenge
A simple folder list does not readily explain where storage is being used.
Solution
Storage summaries, directory maps and file details help users inspect large files and duplicates. Rust and Tauri underpin the desktop application. File age or duplicate status alone does not prove that a file is safe to delete.
