Starting rates per specialist, excluding VAT. Final rates depend on technology, scope and availability and are confirmed before work starts. Billing in 30-minute increments; minimum engagement: 2 hours. Analysis, meetings, tests and deployments count as working time. Any required Junior supervision is quoted separately before starting. Work beyond the cap requires approval. Packages and unused-hour terms are agreed individually.

Can I commission just a small change?
Yes. Start with a form, view, report or integration fix. We first assess code access and project setup effort, and confirm the minimum billing scope before starting.
Will I work with the same person?
A dedicated specialist is assigned to the agreed scope. Availability and scheduling are confirmed before work starts. Any substitution or need for different skills is discussed with you.
How do you match developer experience?
We consider the technology, problem and level of autonomy required. Before starting, we present the proposed specialist’s profile and discuss experience relevant to your task.
How do I control costs and accept the work?
We agree the rate, estimated hours, cost cap and acceptance criteria. You receive time and task reports. Any increase beyond the agreed limit requires your approval first.
Can the specialist join our existing team?
Yes. They can work in your repository and task tracker and attend agreed meetings. Access, confidentiality, code rights and billing terms are agreed before work starts.
