Do you only support WordPress?
No. WordPress and WooCommerce are part of the scope. We also take over Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, Webflow, and applications built with frontend and backend technologies.
Can you take over a service from another supplier?
Yes. We begin by reviewing access, source code, hosting, backups and release processes, then provide a risk summary and a safe takeover plan.
Is support available 24/7?
Standard service hours, response targets and work allowances are agreed in the contract. Round-the-clock coverage and specific SLAs require a separate agreement.
