1. Controller
The controller for PixPack and its product pages is ImproveIT.pl, tax ID 7343126810, ul. Piaszczysta 33/77, 31-226 Kraków, Poland. Contact: [email protected].
2. Images and local data
Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to the payment gateway. Settings, presets, file paths and reports remain local. You can delete history; deleting reports does not delete images.
3. Purchase and activation
Stripe handles checkout and payment data under its own terms. ImproveIT.pl receives order/transaction information needed for fulfilment, not full card details. Licensing is separate from the gateway. Activation may require internet access and app/licence identifiers, but not images.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed for contract performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legal/accounting obligations (c), security and legal claims (f), and consent-based optional marketing/analytics (a).
5. Recipients and retention
Recipients may include Stripe, hosting/licensing providers and necessary accounting/support services. Order data is retained for contract, tax and legal-claim purposes. Local data remains until you delete it. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by GDPR; Stripe describes its own processing in its privacy notice.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object or withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to Poland’s UODO or your applicable supervisory authority.
7. Website and cookies
The website and checkout may process IP addresses and technical data necessary for operation and security. Optional analytics/marketing follow consent settings. Local image processing does not mean that payment or activation avoids transmitting data online.
