PixPack Terms and Conditions
1. Product and provider
PixPack by ImproveIT.pl is an app for local image import, processing, preview and export. Provider: ImproveIT.pl, tax ID 7343126810, ul. Piaszczysta 33/77, 31-226 Kraków, Poland; [email protected].
2. Free and Premium
Free allows up to 5 unique queued files. Premium removes the limit after valid licence activation. Premium costs $9.99 USD for a one-time purchase of a non-expiring licence. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. The final amount and taxes are shown before payment.
3. Stripe and activation
ImproveIT.pl sells PixPack Premium. Stripe processes the payment. Licensing remains separate from the payment gateway. A checkout completion message alone does not grant Premium; access requires verified purchase.
4. Your files
Process files you have permission to use. Keep backups. Optional deletion of originals after export is a setting you choose. Output size and quality depend on images and settings; no fixed saving percentage is guaranteed.
5. Support, withdrawal and refunds
Contact [email protected] for app support including billing and refunds. Statutory consumer rights apply. Where immediate digital delivery requires consent and acknowledgment of withdrawal consequences, these must be collected in actual checkout. Non-waivable statutory rights are not excluded.
6. Contact and changes
Updates are published here with a version date. They do not automatically change the non-expiring nature of a purchased licence.
