DocuFlow organizes documents from upload through approval and archiving. It combines file storage, OCR text recognition, search and version history. Workflow automation connects process stages, while statuses and approval progress make the next action visible.

Documents passed between folders and messages can lose version and approval context.
Solution
Document lists, statuses, versions and approvals share one interface. OCR supports search, Next.js handles the web layer, Go handles workflow logic and S3-compatible storage holds files. OCR accuracy depends on the source material.
